1. Serial# of the POCKETEC drive
2. Model# of the POCKETEC drive
3. Describe the environment the POCKETEC drive is being
used on. I.e. Dell Dimension 8100 Windows XP
4. Describe the problem you are having in as much detail
as possible
5. Describe any trouble shooting done
